Injection Moulding

Well invested in high specification primary machinery, robotics and automated handling.

Modern injection moulding machines ranging from 75-240 ton lock and providing flexibility across an range of cavitation.

Closed loop control systems utilising SPC and facilitating tight tolerance manufacture and specification compliance.

Fully automated closed loop material handling systems.

Extrusion Blow Moulding

Well invested high specification primary machinery from Uniloy, Battenfeld and Bekum.

A flexible range of extrusion blow moulding machines capable of utilising single to eight impression tooling.

Full closed loop SPC process control.

Capability of producing bottles from 25ml to 3000ml to tight tolerances, high specification utilising closed loop leak detecting and automated handling systems.

 

Injection Blow Moulding

Well invested high specification primary plant offering the highest cavitation and tolerance capability in Europe.

Jomar and Uniloy IBM machines ranging from 45-135 ton.

Full in line leak detection and product handling systems.

Full in line vision systems as appropriate to quality specification.

Full closed loop SPC process control.

Controlled and Clean Room manufacturing conditions available.

Extensive process capability across a range of polymers.

 

Injection Stretch Blow Moulding

Aoki SBIII-250LL-50 single stage PET machinery capable of running from single to eight impression tooling.

Produces exceptional quality and high tolerance neck finishes.

Capable of producing bottles from 25ml to 3,000ml to tight tolerances, high specification and closed loop leak detection.

Full in line leak detection.

Automated bagging systems, removing the need for corrugated shippers.

        

Tool Room

Well invested modern in house facility.

Dedicated team of fully qualified toolmakers.

Structured maintenance programme for all tooling ensuring high standards of production efficiency and quality.

New Product Development tool commissioning specialists.

Technical Centre offering dedicated and well equipped trialling facility.

Long term partnership arrangements with internationally renowned specialist tooling manufacturers.

 

Clean Room

Class 10,000 and Class 1,000 Clean Room moulding and assembly facility.

Dedicated to Pharmaceutical and Healthcare markets.

Secondary assembly operations carried out both manually and utilising auto or semi automatic equipment.

Particulate and microbiological monitoring carried out routinely.

Secondary Operations

 

Printing

Dry Offset Print process offering up to four colours.

Silk Screen printing equipment for up to 3 colours on bottles and wide neck jars.

Wadding

Manufacturing cell fully integrated injection moulding and ancillary equipment to achieve high speed wadding of standard or custom closures giving repeated quality and low unit cost.

Variety of wad specifications available from EPE through to IHS and barrier materials.

In line closed loop vision inspection system guaranteeing product integrity.
