Our multi-disciplinary array of world class technologies and facilities includes:
- Injection moulding: machines ranging from 50 to 550 ton lock, using three plate and hot runner tooling.
- Extrusion blow moulding: capacity ranging from single to eight-cavity tooling capable of producing container sizes 25ml to 6,000ml.
- Injection blow moulding: machinery ranging from 45 to 130 tonne utilising tooling up to 24 cavities.
- Injection stretch blow moulding: single stage PET machinery ranging from one to eight cavities.
- Tool room: in-house facility with fully trained toolmakers and equipped to maintain and refurbish tools to high standards.
- Labelling: single face and wraparound capability
- Printing: dry offset, silk screen and foil branding in-house.
- Wadding: fully integrated with manufacturing to achieve high speed wadding for standard and custom closures.
